  1. Call us and schedule a showing & view the property. We require a copy of a photo ID to confirm an appointment.
  2. Pick up an application at the time of your showing or print from the link at the left on this page. 
  3. Fill in ALL information on the application
  4. Bring the application to our office with your last 2 pay stubs and $25.00 application fee for each adult that will live in the property.  We do not process applications until we have all the requested information.
  5. We will run your credit. If you pass the credit portion we will run a criminal background check. If you pass the background check we will check your landlord reference. If needed, we will verify your employment and check your references.
  6. Once all the information is received we will send it to your prospective landlord for a final determination.
  7. When we have an answer from the landlord, we will call you with a decision.  

It is our policy to continue showing a property until a "deposit to hold" is placed on a property.  If we have more than one accepted application the property will go to the first applicant to make their deposit.
