- Bring the appliction to our office with your last 2 paystubs and $25.00 appliction fee for each adult that will live in the property
- We will run your credit. If you pass the credit portion we will run a criminal background check. If you pass the background check we will check your landlord reference. If needed, we will verify your employment and check your references.
- Once all the information is received we will send it to your prospective landlord for a final determination.
- When we have an answer from the landlord, we will call you with a decision.
